How far in advance should I book?
We recommend reaching out at least 2–3 weeks before your preferred show date. Popular performances fill quickly, so earlier is always better.
Can I pay for the group all at once?
Yes — we can arrange a single group invoice, or individual members can purchase their own tickets at the group rate. Ask your coordinator for details.
What if our group size changes?
No problem. Let us know as soon as possible and we'll adjust your reservation. Final headcount is typically needed 48 hours before the show.
Are all shows available for group sales?
Most shows are available for groups, but some events may have limited availability. Contact us and we'll let you know what's possible for your chosen date.
Do you offer pre-show dining or hospitality?
Yes — the Ghost Light Bourbon Bar opens 2 hours before curtain. We can reserve a section for your group. Ask your coordinator when you book.
