Can’t make it to the show? Ensure that you get a refund with our insurance program.

Our insurance program protects your purchase by providing a refund for the price of your ticket if you cannot attend due to an approved reason such as dangerous weather, illness, an accident, and more.

Facility Fees and Convenience Fees are non-refundable through the insurance program.

*Refunds will not be issued for personal scheduling conflicts, changes in plans, or any other reasons not listed below.

    • Dangerous weather events that trigger a National Weather Service warning the location from which you are coming to attend the event. Winter Storm Warnings, Tornado Warnings and Hurricane Warnings qualify. (Less severe and more time/location limited weather events like thunderstorm and flash flood warnings are generally not covered.)

    • Illness, including COVID-19, or serious injury to you or the guest attending with you, or if a family member is hospitalized and requires care at the time of the show. If the request is for medical or COVID-related reasons, please provide supporting documentation (e.g., a doctor's note, official health advisories, etc.) to verify the claim.

    • Traffic accident or a mechanical breakdown

    • Airline delay

    • Job termination

    • Jury duty

    • Military duty

    • Home or business disasters

    • Bereavement

  • Ticket Insurance is 10% per ticket (based on the price of each ticket before taxes and fees).

    • Complete and submit our Ticket Insurance Reimbursement Form with appropriate documentation within 30 days. Claims will be processed after the missed show. The refund will be processed back to the original method of payment.
