Venue Partner Timeline and Advancing Checklist
At least 1 month before your event, it’s important to connect with your production manager to begin advancing all needs to ensure your event will be successful. Please see the below checklist for items to consider. All advance items must be completed no later than 2 weeks before your event. Advancing items or significant changes later than 2 weeks before an event may result in additional costs. Any changes to the event must be sent in writing and approved by the executive director.
1 MONTH UNTIL THE EVENT:
3 WEEKS UNTIL THE EVENT:
Confirm Event Schedule - Please list your desired schedule for all events occurring during your rental period. Your production manager will advise of any needed schedule changes in order to accommodate crew breaks, etc. Unless previously discussed, load in and load out will happen on the same day as the event.
